Fixed Teeth for Edentulous Jaws: All-on-4 and All-on-6

What is the All-on-4 / All-on-6 Concept?

For patients who have lost all their teeth or have teeth that cannot be saved, this technique allows for a full arch of fixed prosthetic teeth to be placed on just 4 or 6 dental implants. It eliminates the need for removable dentures and provides a permanent, stable solution.

What is the Difference?

  • All-on-4: Uses 4 implants placed at special angles. It is ideal for patients with lower bone volume in the back jaw, often avoiding the need for bone grafting.

  • All-on-6: Uses 6 implants for even greater stability and load distribution. It is preferred when the patient has sufficient bone structure.

Advantages of the Treatment

  • Fixed & Stable: Unlike dentures, they do not move or slip. You can eat apples, meat, and other hard foods comfortably.

  • No Palate Coverage: The upper prosthesis does not cover the roof of your mouth, allowing you to taste food better and speak naturally.

  • Immediate Function: In many cases, temporary fixed teeth can be attached on the same day as surgery (Immediate Loading).

  • Cost-Effective: Since fewer implants are used compared to traditional full-mouth methods, it is often more affordable.

What is an Immediate Implant?
Traditional implant procedures require waiting months for the extraction socket to heal before placing the implant. With the Immediate Implant technique at AEG Clinic, we place the implant into the fresh socket immediately after tooth extraction, in the same surgical appointment.

Key Advantages

  • Shorter Treatment Time: Combines extraction and placement, saving you months of waiting.
  • Preserves Bone & Gum: Placing the implant immediately helps maintain the natural contour of your gums and prevents bone loss.
  • Fewer Surgeries: One surgical appointment instead of two means less anesthesia and faster recovery.
  • Instant Aesthetics: In suitable cases, a temporary crown is placed immediately, so you never have to be without a tooth.

Who is it Suitable For?
This procedure requires infection-free gum tissue and sufficient bone stability at the extraction site. Our experts will determine your eligibility with a detailed 3D Tomography scan.
